We attended the East China Regional Electron Microscopy Conference held in Zibo, Shandong. With around 500 attendees from six provinces, it was a great gathering of the EM community across both materials science and life science fields.
It’s always encouraging to see how vibrant and diverse the applications of electron microscopy continue to be. While materials science remains a major focus, the growing presence of life science users reflects how the field is evolving and expanding.
