Delmic has been professional in developing high-end electro-optic devices. Their new generation entry-level CL detector, JOLT, is installed on JEOL JSM-IT200 SEM in Zhengzhou University in China. It is the first of this type of new generation CL detector with the MPPC technology.
Despite its small size and budget friendly price, the new detector is capable to take true color images with its build in RGB detector. It occupies only one SEM port and is fully integrated to the SEM user interface. Therefore it is highly user friendly and easy to use.
The 2nd JOLT is also successfully installed on a IT500 at Zhengzhou Museum. We look forward to more JOLT in Asia.
